Denise is another amazing entrepreneur who I connected with via my 100 Conversations Project. And as with Jenn, I knew immediately that I wanted to interview her for this series!
While our conversation strayed a bit further afield than usual (in regards to "strictly business and business building") I think you'll agree that everything we discussed is so incredibly relevant and timely given the current socio-political climate. Covering everything from the importance of relationships, the necessity (and difficulty) of addressing our own beliefs, the challenge of designing new systems to replace our current (rather fucked up) ones... and even an interesting story about Denise's carnival costume!
And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
